Kakade Estate Developers Private Limited, subsidiary company of Sanjay Kakade Group, incorporated in the year 2007. The company is engaged in real estate business in the development of Residential, Commercial and hospitality projects.

Project Description:

Kakade Estate Developers Private Limited (KEDPL) is coming up mixed use project situated at survey no. 114, 115/1 to 8, 115/11, 115/12, 116, 118, 119, 122, Pashan-Sus Road, Village Bhugaon, Taluka Mulshi, Pune spread across 128 acres of land.

The company has entered with IL&FS and HDFC ventures as equity partner for 65% stake with a preferred return. The company is planning to make exit to equity partners for an amount of Rs. 200 crores and signing a Development Management agreement with Kolte Patil Developers limited on consideration of 15% of total sales revenue.

The company has plan to develop entire project into various phases comprises of Apartments, Twin Bungalows, Bungalows and Commercial having total saleable area of 20.56 million sq. ft. The company is planning to develop residential project in Phase I, II & III comprises of total saleable area of 3954240 sq. ft. As per proposed plan, the company is coming with 14 residential towers comprise of 2 BHK & 3 BHK flat configuration. The company has received LOI (Letter of Intent) for 110 acres of land and planning to start development of Phase I by October 2019.

Overview of Bhugaon Area:
  • Bhugaon lies on the west side of Pune city. This area has seen growth rapidly because of the development of the city and falls on the expansion direction of the development.
  • Bhugaon is surrounded by areas Baner, Pirangut, Bavdhan, Balewadi, Dhayari, Karve Nagar, Kothrud, Mahalunge, Pashan and Shivane.
  • The south-west corridor of Pune enjoys considerable scenic beauty, with lakes and dams such as Kadakwasala, Panshet and Mulshi in its surroundings. Many high-end villa projects and township are planned across this area. This corridor has the potential to grow from leisure and weekend-destination oriented into an end-user driven market, thanks to its connectivity with central Pune and the close proximity to established nodes such as Chandini Chowk, Bhavdhan and Kothrud.
